We first engaged with HL Partnership in the summer of 2020. As a business, they operate within the FinTech space and turnover c.£60M annually. David Steele (the CTO) had struggled to hire ‘top tier talent’. We spent a great amount of time really listening to what their problems were so we could feedback with what we felt were the right solutions to solve them.
